Do I register for online shopping?

A. You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. (we'll need your name, email address and contact details. We’ll also ask you to create a password to keep your account secure.)

Are there any charges for registration?

A. No. Registration on orgakart.com is absolutely free.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on orgakart.com?

A. While it is not necessary to have a Orgakart account to shop and purchase items, you can surf and add products to the cart without registration and proceed to checkout and place the order. But it is certainly recommended to have one. By having ORGAKART account you will have fast and easy checkout and easy access to your order history and order status, and also can take advantages of various discount offers and reward points.

What is My Account? How do I update my account information?

A. My Account is the section reached after you log in at orgakart.com where you can manage/edit or update your personal data like address, e-mail id, change your password, track the status of your orders, and find details about your reward points and your wish list. It allows you complete control over your transactions on orgakart.com.

How do I reset my password?

A. You need to enter your email address on the s page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your registered email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

A. To view the contents of your cart, click on the “Shopping Cart” option in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Click on this icon and then click on “Go to cart” option where you can easily see the list of items in your cart.>

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

A. First, click on the “shopping cart” option in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description and then click "Update shopping cart" to have your changes reflected.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

A.First, click on the “Shopping Cart” option in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the "Qty" header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update shopping cart” option. Once you do this, the quantity and associated amount (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

What are the modes of payment?

You can use the following modes of payment:

  1. Cash on delivery (COD)
  2. Credit / debit cards, internet banking

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

A. Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep. But in some cases in some area, we may not have cash on delivery facility of particular area, in that case we may deliver you product by courier or post and you need to deposit cash in our bank account. Account details will be provided to you on request.

What should I do if my payment fails?

A. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Ensure your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Is it possible to pay order online which is done on "Cash on delivery" basis?

A. Yes, you can do this, In some cases required this option as you may not be available at home to pay on delivery, or cash on delivery service is not available in your area. To do such payment you need to go to MY ACCOUNT, available at the bottom of the home page, there you need to select ‘order’ on left side menu, then in ‘Details; and select ‘Retry Payment’ option to pay the order, there you can pay by Credit/Debit card or net banking.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on orgakart.com?

A. Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on orgakart.com. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Orgakart and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

A. It will not happen that delivery is not done but in some unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be credited back on to your card.

Where do I enter the coupon code or gift card code?

A. First, click on the “shopping cart” option in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. There is a box where you can enter coupon code that you have. Also you can use Gift card code if you have .The amount will automatically be deducted from your order value.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

A. After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order, your billing address and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. Once your order is confirmed we will send you a SMS. Do check your phone. We will also e-mail you with the details of your order. Be sure you go through that. You can also check the order in the "My Accounts" option.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

A. You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. In the My Account page click on the ‘Orders’ to view the status of all your orders. Or you can even call or email us for order status.

What does the different order status mean?

A.

  • Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
  • Complete: Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.
  • Canceled: The order was canceled.

Do you take order on phone?

A. Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only.

When and how can I cancel an order?

A. As soon as we dispatch your order, you will get intimated by sms as well as email. You can cancel order only before dispatch. For that you need to call on our 24Hrs helpline +91-9823268802 or international customers can cancel order by sending email to info@orgakart.com

What is the estimated delivery time?

A. Most deliveries are completed within 7 working days for domestic orders except for Mumbai and Pune where delivery is done within 48 hours. For most of the cities, we deliver between 3-7 business days post dispatch. Delivery by road transport takes a little longer than couriers. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East India may take little longer depending on the location's geographical constraints. For international orders delivery period various from 5days to 15days, depends upon location, local custom processes and rules.

How will the delivery be done?

A. We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners or Indian post.

How do I change the delivery information (address to which I want the products delivered)?

A. You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” and go to the “Addresses” section to change your delivery address. If you need to change delivery address of your in process order, please call our customer care. Please note that this change is possible only on orders that have not yet been shipped out.

What are the delivery charges?

A. Orgakart offers free delivery of items anywhere in India. For oversea order delivery charges will be get calculated automatically while placing order and will be depends upon weight of item selected and distance from origin.

Does Orgakart deliver internationally?

A. Orgakart does deliver products internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

A. In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

What is the minimum order value for free delivery?

A. There is minimum order value of Rs.250.00 for orders within India and for internationally shipments there is no any minimum order value.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

A. All Orgakart products are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery status. We email and SMS you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

What is mean by organic certified/approved input product ?

A. Organic certified/approved products are those which are certified/approved by competent certification body to use as inputs organic farming.

There are some similar products on ORGAKART ? How I will come to know which product is better for me ?

A. Yes, lots of products available on ORGAKRT, its application depends on type of crop/plant, its stage and also type of soil. Can I apply two or more products together?

A. It’s totally depends on which products you want mix, for that you need to know it from our helpline . But we will recommend you to apply each product individually.

What is mean by foliar application ? What are tool to use?

A. Foliar application means, you have to dilute product in given dilution ratio with water and need to spray this water on plant by using spray pumps, spray pump can be hand operated pump, machine operated or even tractor or air flight operated, depend upon application area.

What is mean by soil application? or application thorough fertigation system ? What is mean by drenching ?

A. Soil application means, you need to apply in root zone with given dilution with water. You need to dilute product at given dosages with water and you can give water to plant, this is also called as drenching, you can also apply product through drip irrigation system or mechanical system which used to deliver water soluble fertilizers to plant. (fertigation system).

Where I will find dosages of application ?

A. Dosages of application are mentioned in product description and also on label of each product. Still if you have any confusion you can ask to our helpline by call or email.
